5 tsp apple cider
1 tsp mulling spices (mix of cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, and peppercorn).
1 tbsp whiskey
1 tbsp apple brandy
1 cup cream
1 tsp sugar (powdered)
salt (as per taste)
1/4 vanilla extract
How To Make It:-
1. Put a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the apple cider and mulling spices. After 20 minutes of boiling, turn off the heat. Strain it safely.
2. Add whisky, apple brandy, and triple sec to a coffee mug. Add the warm mulled cider.
3. Add plenty of whipped cream on top and grate some fresh nutmeg on top. Serve instantly.
For the whipped cream: In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form. Now gently stir in the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract after taking it out in a bowl. Set aside and now you can serve.
