`The Batman` all set for its digital premiere on July 27, 2022

Prime Video today announced the official streaming premiere of “The Batman” (2022), written and directed by Matt Reeves (“War of the Planet of the Apes”, “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”, “Cloverfield”) and produced by Reeves and Dylan Clark. Fans of the caped crusader are in for a treat as they watch The Batman investigate the hidden dark corruption of Gotham and question his family’s involvement in it. 

The film is a cinematic masterpiece, bringing together spectacular performances and action sequences that leave one at the edge of their seat, along with a musical score that enhances every scene, and much more.

Batman is a superhero genre film, it is based on a comic character of DC Comics, Batman. it is a reboot film that means the film will start with a new story with the same established franchise, DC.

Earlier the former Batman aka Ben Affleck was to feature & co-write the movie, but he chose not to due to dissatisfaction with the script. the film will explore the life of a 30 yrs old Bruce Wayne, who founds the corruption in Gotham city that is related to his family.

Zoe Kravitz is playing the Catwoman as Selina Kyle.

Paul Dano is playing the villain called Riddler namely Edward Nashton.

Jeffrey Wright in the role of a police officer and the friend of Batman, playing James Gordon.

John Turturro is Carmine Falcone is a crime lord in Gotham city.

Peter Sarsgaard is attorney general of Gotham’s city, playing Gil Colson.

Andy Serkis is batman’s Robert’s mentor playing Alfred Pennyworth

Colin Farrell is playing Penguin aka Oswald “Oz” Cobblepot.

Jayme Lawson, Barry Keoghan, Alex Ferns, Charlie, Max Carver Rupert Penry-Jones & Con O’Neil

also featured in the film.

BUDGET & PRODUCTION

The production of the film has been on & off due to the covid-19 pandemic, it started in Jan 2020 and ended in March 2021. This Matt Reeves directorial is said to be made up of around 100 million dollars budget (In Indian Rupees 750 crores approx.) Viewers are excited to watch the twilight fame Robert Pattinson in the role of The Batman, & also appreciating the visuals in the trailer which was recently uploaded on youtube by the Distributor’s Warner Bros Pictures. Greig Fraser has done the cinematography in the film.
