The most expensive pizza in the world, Louis XIII is known to have been created by Renato Viola.It is made of ingredients like three types of caviar - Oscietra Royal Prestige, Kaspia Oscietra Royal Classic from the Iranian coast, and Kaspia Beluga. Besides the caviar, the pizza also features a very expensive lobster that has been shipped from Norway, along with seven types of cheese. Costing as much as US$ 12,000, the Louis XIII pizza is served in Salerno, Italy.

The Golden Opulence Sundae is worth US$ 1,000 and needs to be ordered 48 hours in advance. It is served in a Baccarat crystal goblet worth US$ 350 with an 18k gold spoon. It is made using high-quality ingredients that include chocolate from Tuscany, vanilla beans from Madagascar and candied fruit from Paris.

Foie gras is a popular and well-known delicacy in French cuisine. Its flavour is described as rich, buttery, and delicate, unlike that of an ordinary duck or goose liver.
