Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt's Wedding Venue , Dates And The Guest List

 

The big, fat Bollywood wedding of the year is all set to take place this week. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding festivities will reportedly begin from Today, and the big day is reportedly on April 14.

RK Studios, Krishnaraj Bungalow and Vastu were decorated with lights, Sabyasachi outfits were also delivered at the wedding venue. 

wedding festivities will kickstart with a mehendi ceremony, scheduled to take place on April 13. While some reports stated April 14 as the wedding date, other reported that the big day is on April 15. Alia Bhatt's uncle Robin Bhatt told India Today that Alia and Ranbir will get married April 14.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are set to host two grand wedding receptions for their friends on April 16 and 17 at Taj Colaba.

From mehendi to sangeet will take place at RK Studios in Mumbai's Chembur.

Chrysanthemums and white button flowers have been sourced from Bangalore for their wedding venue. 

A source close to the star couple told India Today that Alia's Dear Zindagi co-star Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are on the guest list as is Karan Johar, who launched Alia in Bollywood. Ranbir's best friend Ayan Mukerji, who directs the couple in upcoming film Brahmastra, is invited as well.

As per a report of Bollywood Life, Neetu Kapoor has flown in special chefs from Delhi and Lucknow for Ranbir and Alia's wedding. An array of cuisines like Italian, Mexican, Punjabi, Mughalai and more will be available for guests. A special Delhi chat counter too will be there along with biryanis and kebabs. More than 25 vegan and vegetarian dishes will also be available. 

It is also reported that Ranbir and Alia will also be offering langar at a Gurudwara in Mumbai as a wedding ritual.
